Understanding yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself. CORA Corporations offers a wide range of personality and attribute assessments to help you understand where you are in your life and or career.

The 360

The 360 is one of the most popular multi-rater assessments in the world today. It asks for specific feedback from various people who know and work around you.  These can include your direct reports, supervisors, vendors, family, friends, etc. The assessment can be custom-designed for specific uses.   It is geared to help the individual become aware of how they are perceived and where their strengths and weaknesses are.

The DISC Profile

This assessment determines what your personality style is based on four basic types (Director, Influence, Supporter, and Conscientious) and how your mix of styles affects your life and those around you.

Personality Profile

We strongly recommend the Personality Profile, as it not only supplies you with the DISC information above but also gives you an in-depth look at who you are as a person and what others can expect from you. We find that many couples benefit greatly from this assessment, as it gives each partner insight into the temperament and emotional style of the other person.

Current Employment Assessment

How many times do you find yourself called in for a yearly evaluation, only to be told of mistakes or areas of challenge that you never knew were a problem before?  This assessment is the same one used by many businesses when preparing for performance evaluations.  By your taking the assessment, you will know where you should be focusing your improvement.  It will impress your boss to know that you have taken the initiative to assess your own performance so that you can add more value as an employee.

Pre-Employment Assessments

The ACL Assessment is benchmarked against the general type of job that you are looking for (middle manager, accountant, software designer, etc.).  The assessment performs an average of 12,000 calculations from your answers and produces a detailed report on how you would fit in that type of position.  It also identifies your personality style, by means of a DISC profile, as well as identifies for you prospective employer what motivates you as an employee.  Add the ACL report to your resume and see the difference!

Sales Aptitude

CORA Corporation offers a unique Sales Aptitude assessment that will not only help you determine what type of salesperson you are, but also where you would best fit in a sales organization. The assessment focuses on qualifying, presentation, overcoming objections, cold calling, telemarketing, and  closing skills. The Sales Aptitude also assesses and scores you on assertiveness, experience, ethics in sales, aptitude for outside sales, and aptitude for inside/retail sales.

Employment Assistance Profile

The Employment Assistance Profile is designed for the individual who is preparing for an interview but is unsure how their various traits and personality styles will be seen by an interviewer. This assessment helps jobseekers realize their strengths and weaknesses prior to the job application process. It also tells you what points you should focus on and how to deal with certain questions that an interviewer may ask. This is a powerful tool when used in combination with either the ACL Assessment or the Sales Aptitude test.

Business Partner Profile

The Business Partner Profile by professionals looking for a partner or high-level associate.  Law firms, physicians offices, and entrepreneurs who are looking to fill the various C-Suite positions find this assessment invaluable. This assessment identifies the type of person who will work best in the position and matches strengths and weaknesses so that there is an even level of leadership and responsibility across the team.

Campbell Interest and Skill Survey

The Campbell Interest and Skill Survey (CISS) includes interest scales that help assess an individual’s interest in occupational areas and comparisons to people who are successfully employed in those fields. The CISS instrument goes beyond traditional inventories by adding parallel skill scales that present an estimate of the individual’s confidence in his or her ability to perform various occupational activities. Together, the two types of scales provide more comprehensive and richer data than interest scores alone.

Leadership and Management Inventories

Uniquely You (a “spiritual gifts” assessment)

Uniquely You is a spiritual gifts assessment like no other, in that it not only identifies your gifts but offers guidance in putting those gifts to use.
